These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the helpslo platform at helpslo.org. By creating an account or accessing any part of the helpslo platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use helpslo.

By accessing or using the helpslo platform (helpslo.org), including registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable rules, policies, and guidelines published on the helpslo platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and helpslo ("helpslo," "the Platform," "we," "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Age Verification
2.1 Minimum Age: Access to and use of helpslo is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is a binding requirement under PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations governing casino-style online gambling in the Philippines.
2.2 By registering an account with helpslo, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age;
- You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;

- You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity;
- You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of helpslo or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
2.3 helpslo reserves the right to require documentary proof of age and identity (KYC — Know Your Customer verification) at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
2.4 helpslo strictly prohibits the use of the platform by minors. Any account found to have been registered by or accessed by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and original deposits returned where such funds are identifiable.
3. Account Registration and Management
3.1 Single Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) helpslo account. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited. helpslo reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate associated balances where the single account policy has been violated.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your helpslo account credentials. You agree to notify helpslo Customer Support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
3.3 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.4 helpslo accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your helpslo account to any third party.
3.5 helpslo reserves the right to verify a player's identity, location, and eligibility at any time during the registration process or during the account lifecycle. Failure to cooperate with such verification may result in account suspension.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions
4.1 Currency: All transactions on the helpslo platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No other currencies are accepted.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods: helpslo currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. helpslo reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
4.3 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the Cashier section of the helpslo platform and are subject to change.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified helpslo account holder. helpslo does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
4.5 helpslo reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on transactions that appear unusual in size, frequency, or pattern consistent with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
4.6 In the event that helpslo suspects fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity in connection with any transaction, helpslo reserves the right to withhold and/or void the relevant transaction pending investigation, and to report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 helpslo may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, or other promotional incentives to players. All such offers are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry periods.
5.2 In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that specific promotion only.
5.3 helpslo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. helpslo will not be liable to any player for any loss resulting from such modification, suspension, or withdrawal.
5.4 Bonuses obtained through any form of fraudulent activity, including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will be void and the associated accounts may be closed.
6. Game Rules, Fairness, and Technical Matters
6.1 All games on the helpslo platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by helpslo or any third party.
6.2 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual gaming session.
6.3 In the event of a technical error, system failure, or software malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome or displayed balance, helpslo reserves the right to void the affected games and return stakes to the players involved. helpslo's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the helpslo platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with helpslo games, the platform, or any promotional mechanism;
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in helpslo's platform or any third-party game;
- Using the helpslo platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
- Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
- Allowing or facilitating access to your helpslo account by any person under 21 years of age;
- Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds.
8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on the helpslo platform — including but not limited to the helpslo brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of helpslo or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the helpslo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any helpslo content.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, helpslo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the helpslo platform.
10.2 helpslo's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the helpslo platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits helpslo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
11.1 helpslo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or failure to complete KYC verification.
11.2 Players may close their helpslo account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment account, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements applicable to bonus funds.
11.3 helpslo shall not be liable to any player for any loss arising from account suspension or closure carried out in good faith in accordance with these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the helpslo platform shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 In the event of any dispute between a player and helpslo, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter through helpslo's Customer Support channel. If the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
12.3 helpslo operates under the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players may also submit relevant regulatory complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its published procedures.
13. Amendments to These Terms
13.1 helpslo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the helpslo platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
13.2 Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the contact information on file. Continued use of the helpslo platform following notification of material changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
